How text messaging works at Landmark United LLC — what you can expect, and how to stop at any time.

Program description
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Landmark United LLC related to your property submission, your builder buying criteria, or a request you sent us. Messages may be conversational (a team member replying to you) or informational (status updates and next steps).
How you opt in
Consent is given by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first. Consent is never pre-checked, never bundled with another agreement, and is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or service. We do not obtain mobile numbers from purchased lists.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with our team.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further texts. You may still receive email or phone follow-up unless you ask us to stop those as well.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier filtering, coverage, or device settings.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as messaging delivery providers, is permitted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
